Chocolate Chilli Roulade Bread



300g choc chip focaccia mix

sachet of chocolate chip from kit

7g dried fast acting yeast

Half tsp salt

250g water

30g olive oil

1tsp dried chilli flakes



1.      Save the dried chilli flakes and chocolate chips to sprinkle on the dough before rolling up.

2.      Follow instruction on choc chip focaccia kit, but use only 25g water.

3.      Roll the dough to about 1cm thick, then sprinkle with the chilli flakes and choc chips. Roll up to form a sausage (like a Swiss roll).

4.      Drizzle with oil and  leave to rise in a warm place for half 45 minutes

5.      Bake for 25 – 30 minutes.

6.      Leave to cool before slicing.
